Cabaran Langsing

Sempena hari ini hari lahir ku...salah satu azam yang baru.ialah cabaran langsing..
By the end of this month i should reduce at least 2kg.
Let's get started from what 1'm going to eat..and the activities..

Sarapan pagi : 7.30am

1 paket kopi Radix and 2 biji roti hot dog goreng (telah melanggar pantang larang tidak boleh makan makanan yang bergoreng) but still i'm not starving at all untill 12noon.

Tengahari : 12.30pm

Air masak, lempeng cecah sambal hijau, sebiji buah epal hijau : yummy yummy

Minum Petang : 4.00pm

Air masak, bihun goreng (goreng lagi hmm..) kawan belanja..x tahan godaan.
